29, 2008 Part-Time/On Call Youth Supervisor General Job Description: To mentor and supervise youth at the Lighthouse, a drop-in center. Responsibilities include: 1.) Provide positive role modeling to youth by demonstrating positive attitude and behavior and by initiating activities and conversations, 2.) Provide supervision in activity areas ensuring that appropriate behaviors are reinforced/praised and inappropriate behavior is corrected, and 3.) Other duties as assigned including cleaning, special projects, and chaperoning field trips.
Minimum requirement: High School diploma
